جلوگیری از سینک شدن زمان ماشین مجازی با هاست خود

مشکلاتی در سینک شدن زمان ماشینهای مجازی با هاست خود وجود دارد که کم و بیش با آن درگیر بوده ایم.

مشکل من در حال حاضر این است که ماشینهای موجود در یک ESXi 5 Host همواره با هاست سینک میشوند.

تیک Disable Time Sync With Host در Vmware Tools که کلا تعطیل است.
دستور VmwareToolsSd.exe TimeSync Disable هم تست شد ولی جواب نمیدهد به محض ریست همان آش است و همان کاسه

فقط در حالتی درست کار میکند که یکی از موارد زیر انجام شود :

• Open the virtual machine's configuration file (.vmx) in a text editor and set these options to zero. If the entries do not exist, add them.

Note: 0 = disabled, 1 = enabled.

• Select the virtual machine in the VMware Infrastructure Client inventory and power off. On the Summary tab, click Edit Settings, then click the Options tab and select General (under Advanced). Click Configuration Parameters, then click Add Row and add this information:

اما این کار نیاز به خاموش شدن ماشین مجازی دارد و از سویی قابل اجرا برای تعداد زیادی ماشین نیست (شاید هم با Get-Vm در یک هاست و تغییر آن پارامتر با PowerCLI امکان پذیر باشد ولی .. به قول شیرازی ها کی میرود این همه راه را ;P )

آیا راه مطمئن و سریعتری برای این کار وجود دارد ؟
